Payments can be made during regular office hours.

We accept cash, checks and money orders.  No credit cards are accepted.

We have a 24 hour drop box next to the double front doors at the township hall.

Dog License:
Michigan law requires that all dogs over the age of 4 months be licensed.  Sumpter Township allows three dogs per address.  Kennel license can be applied for at the Sumpter Township Police Department with the Ordinance Officer.

You will need to provide the township with  a valid proof of rabies from you veterinarian to purchase a dog license.

Dog licenses can be purchased at the beginning of January.  The cost is $5.00 for a male or a spayed female and $7.00 for an unspayed female.  The amount are for January to March 31st.  On April 1st the fees double.  Residents over the age of 55 pay half price.
